1. Customization and Accuracy

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for personalization (e.g., spelling, dates, photos).

  • Proofing: We will produce the item exactly as entered. We are not responsible for typos or errors submitted by the customer.

  • Imagery: Please ensure uploaded images are high-resolution. We are not liable for poor print quality resulting from low-quality source files.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

By uploading any design, logo, or text, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains language or imagery that is infringing, libelous, or otherwise inappropriate.

  • You agree to indemnify [Your Store Name] against any claims resulting from your breach of third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, our policy differs from standard retail:

  • No Returns: Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.

  • Cancellations: Orders enter production quickly. Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase. Once an item has been customized or shipped, we cannot offer a refund.

4. Production and Shipping Timelines

Personalized gifts require extra time for craftsmanship.

  • Lead Time: Our current production time is 3 business days. This is separate from shipping transit time.
